Shipping throughout NZ
We send our parcels using tracked shipping with NZ Post. All products will be shipped within 1-3 days of your order being made. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with tracking info once the item has been packaged and is with NZ Post.
We use repurposed and re-loved paper for all of our orders.
Free Local Delivery
We offer free local delivery in Waikanae, Paraparaumu and Raumati to urban addresses only, with the use of the code DeliverMe at checkout. Local delivery will happen within three days, and if it is expected to take any longer due to unforeseen circumstances we will always contact you and let you know. An email will be sent to you when your order has been delivered.
Please ensure that your address is entered correctly at the checkout. All orders will be placed in the letterbox at the given address and a photo will be taken as proof of delivery.
Returns and Refunds
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind purchases. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always comply with our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
